Health sciences degree holders registered with the HPCSA who have

Legal Practice Act, No. 28 of 2014, and have completed the Personal Injuries

as healthcare and legal support staff, including medical and legal secretaries,
receptionists, and paralegal practitioners with NQF Levels 4 of 5
qualifications. They can attend relevant courses, but they cannot not write
